Refund Policy – Treat Homes Private Limited

If your plans change, please inform us in writing regarding any cancellations or amendments to your reservation to be eligible for a refund. Below are the guidelines for processing refunds:

  • Refund Processing: If you cancel a refundable booking, the refund will be processed within one (1) to two (2) weeks and may take time to reflect on your credit card statement. The actual refund amount depends on various factors, including the hotel's cancellation policy, timing of cancellation, and applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellation Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, the reservation must be canceled at least five (5) days prior to the arrival date.
  • No Refunds for Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made at the last minute.
  • Management Discretion: All refunds are subject to the sole discretion of the management and will be processed accordingly.
